From June 26th to 28th, the XVII PAAMS congress has taken place in Avila. PAAMS is the event that brings together the DECAI, ISAMI, MIS4TEL, PACBB, DECON and Blockchain congresses. This time the event has been attended by more than 300 specialists from different areas, offering conferences on the latest advances in matters related to Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain or Big Data.

We have enjoyed the presentations of internationally renowned experts, such as V.S. Subrahmanian from Dartmouth College (USA), Toshiharu Sugawara, Waseda University (Japan) or Marco Dorigo from the Free University of Brussels (Belgium), in addition to participating in lectures, workshops or project demonstrations.

It is undoubtedly an interesting conference that attracts people and professionals every year who are interested in debating and learning about the advances in new technologies and their impact. The next PAAMS will be held in L'Aquila (Italy) in 2020, where we will meet again.
