The University of Salamanca will host an Internet of Things (IoT) and Blockchain workshop on Thursday 15 February, starting at 3 p.m. It will take place in the R+D+I Building and is aimed at students and members of traditional SMEs who wish to incorporate these technologies into their production processes. This workshop is part of the Interreg PocTep IOTEC Project "Building Technological Capacities in Industrial Applications of the Internet of Things", financed by the European Regional Development Fund (FEDER) under the Interreg V-A Spain-Portugal 2014-2020 (PocTep) program. 

prisma project

The Ministry of Industry finances the Prisma Project, with file TSI-101000-2016-008, through the European FEDER funds. The Project is being developed by Isotrol and the University of Salamanca through the BISITE Research Group. These funds aim to promote technological development, innovation and quality research.

The purpose of Prisma, is to create a computer platform for data management in companies. The aim of the platform is to optimize all the stages of the  industrial process, making the planning and management of product manufacture much more efficient
