The research center is located in the new R&D Multipurpose Building of the University of Salamanca.
The center contains two research laboratories, two conference rooms and its own data center. Both laboratories are equipped with high speed internet connection, as well as all the electric and electrical equipment required for this type of research facility.
The first laboratory is more oriented to the research and innovation of software through the development of software prototypes in fields as diverse as artificial intelligence, information recovery, bioinformatics, distributed systems Internet security and sustainable mobility.
The second laboratory is designed for the research of systems related to the Internet of Things, within the scope of intelligent cities. Among the various developments taking place in the second laboratory, the most important are the study of intelligent networks, ambient intelligence, and energy efficiency.
