BISITE Research Group of the University of Salamanca participates in the LIFE Vía de la Plata project, which will create a large green corridor through Salamanca. One of its main objectives is to monitor ongoing activities so as to better plan future actions and anticipate possible scenarios to mitigate climate change in the town. In this regard, the project has developed a Machine Learning model for urban analysis, based on unsupervised learning techniques through a platform that allows to segment the urban areas by applying different variables and establishing distinct climatic zones locally.


The Advances in Distributed Computing and Artificial Intelligence Journal (ADCAIJ- ISSN: 2255-2863), which is supported by the BISITE Research Group of the University of Salamanca, has been included in the Journal Citation Reports 2022. This ranking analyzes more than 21,500 journals from 112 different countries.

IoTalentum partners and researchers participated in the International Conference on Distributed Computing and Artificial Intelligence (DCAI2023) held in Guimares (Portugal) from July 12-14, with the "Special Session on the next generation of IoT infrastructures, cybersecurity, and applications".

SSCt 2023 (Sustainable Smart Cities and Territories International Conference) is an international conference taking place in Manizales from 21 to 23 June. The event will bring together many researchers, developers, and companies from the technology sector.
