On June 7, we attended the XII Computer Engineering Evening in Castile and Leon, an event that recognizes the IT efforts of professionals, institutions or companies.
The event has been organized by the Professional Association of Computer Science Engineers in Castile and Leon (CPIICyL) with the support of the City of Salamanca, the Pontificia University of Salamanca, and several local companies. Our research group, BISITE, has been awarded for the HERMES project, in the category of greatest IT involvement.
Moreover, Jorge Ordás Alonso has been named the computer engineer of the year; Everis, a company in Castile and León and the Salamanca City Council received awards too. The outstanding Master's Thesis in Engineering award went to Antonio de los Mozos Alonso.
Congratulations to you all. We're all very proud of the achievements of our group!
