The Datalog_all-one project has been carried out by the BISITE research group as part of the University-Business Challenge, a competition promoted by the Junta de Castilla y León through the University-Business Knowledge Transfer Plan (TCUE Plan).

The outcome of the project is an electronic device for processing and recording data coming from photovoltaic panel infrastructures, to be used by companies in the energy sector, such as PROYECTA RENOVABLES CONTROL S.L., the project requester.

PROYECTA is an engineering and consulting company specialized in the use of renewable energy sources, offering engineering services and the development of customized technological solutions.

 

Functions of the Datalog_all-one

The designed device has been conceived to record and transmit data associated with electrical generation and the environmental conditions of generation. The data are sent via cellular communications, to an external database. This data will enable the company to detect anomalies in its installations so that they can be solved as soon as possible, minimizing generation losses and increasing the organization's competitiveness.
