Our colleagues, Guillermo Lobato Carreño and Álvaro Bartolomé del Canto, are behind two of the 26 projects that make up the TCUE Plan 2018-2020, a programme financed by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) and the Regional Government of Castile y León.
We have had the opportunity to attend the CIVITAS initiative in Graz, Austria, where we presented the My-TRAC, project. The aim of this project is to design a platform that will make recommendations to travellers on the basis of data analysis and affective computing. My-TRAC is being developed in collaboration with several other partners.
By the end of this year, the BISITE group will have signed more than 100 contracts with young researchers. All these contracts have promoted more than forty national and international contacts, many of them in collaboration with other companies and research centres.
October 25-27, the members of the My-TRAC project met in Delft, the Netherlands. Our colleague, Alfonso González Briones, represented the whole BISITE Research Group. The meeting had also been attended by important European public and private transport companies such as ATTIKO METRO, EMT Valencia, Transports Metropolitans de Barcelona (TMB), Ruter As, OASA, Feartagus.
