The BISITE Group of the University of Salamanca invites you to join its team to research and work on technologies such as Artificial Intelligence, IoT or Blockchain, in the framework of the prestigious Marie Skłodowska-Curie actions of the European Commission.
At BISITE we offer 4 postdoctoral grants, thanks to the " Programme for the Promotion of Research Excellence at the University of Salamanca" (USAL4EXCELLENCE). An initiative of the University of Salamanca funded by the Horizon 2020 Programme within the MSCA COFUND actions.
USAL4EXCELLENCE will provide fellows with training and networking opportunities to enhance their career development and leadership potential, with a supervisor and mentor guiding them in the creation of a Career Development Plan (CDP). Each fellowship includes travel funds, reasonable research expenses, as well as a competitive salary compared to regional/national salaries: €3,600/month.
What are the requirements to apply for one of the fellowships?
- Experienced researchers (ESR): It is mandatory to hold a PhD degree or have at least four years of full-time research experience at the time of application.
- Comply with the mobility rule: USAL4EXCELLENCE accepts applicants of any nationality, but they cannot have resided or carried out their main activity (work, studies, etc.) in Spain for more than 12 months in the 3 years immediately preceding the call deadline.
- Applicants must be fluent in written and spoken English.
