Last weekend, the students of the Master's Degree in Internet Security took part in their first workshop, the event had been coordinated by our Research Group and the University of Salamanca.

Smart Contracts in Blockchain is one of the modules of this degree, and it is taught by Alfonso González. He gave an excellent workshop, at which the students learned to deploy smart contracts with the use of different programming languages, such as Solidity, Remix and Metamask. Smart contracts are computer programs designed in blockchain that ensure the security, immutability and transparency of agreements.

The master's degree program is going very well, and the module on legal aspects of the digital world will soon begin.
