In response to the needs of an increasingly digital society, the BISITE Research Group of the University of Salamanca is launching a new Master's Degree in Technology and Innovation for the academic year 2024-2025. In this next academic period we offer a total of 4 degrees and the admission period is already open.

For the next academic year, we will continue to offer the Master's Degree in Digital Animation, which has been taught for more than 15 years and is still relevant in the animation industry, with courses such as character modelling, platform environment design and videogame development.

Given the various actions that are currently being carried out to promote digitisation in the business sector, mainly in small and medium-sized enterprises, a new edition of the Master's Degree in Digital Transformation will be taught. Through this training, the student is provided with the tools required to promote projects to improve production processes, services and customer support.

In line with the aim of achieving greater efficiency in company processes, the Master's Degree in Blockchain and Smart Contracts is also on offer, as the implementation of these technologies has a positive impact on actions such as data and payment management, product traceability and the secure use of IoT devices.

The increase in the use of technological media by teenagers and young people has driven the incorporation of new ways of teaching in the classroom, both to achieve greater student attention and to facilitate the understanding of the contents through the different digital tools. Therefore, the Master's Degree in ICT Resources in the Teaching-Learning process, offered by BISTE, is positioned as a necessity for teachers at different educational levels.

These degrees are taught in online or blended mode, facilitating their compatibility with other studies or a job, and are aimed at enhancing your professional capacity, providing you with knowledge and skills to make your job placement viable or strengthen your skills within your workplace.

Once you have completed the master's degree, we offer you the opportunity to put the knowledge you have acquired into practice through internships in the renowned companies that make up the Digital Innovation HUB.

Pre-registration and enrolment process

The admission period for these 4 Master's Degrees ends on 22 September 2024 and can be done both online and in person at the Department of University-Specific Degrees of the University of Salamanca.

To access this course, those interested must hold an official Spanish University Degree or one issued by an academic centre within the European Higher Education Area. In addition, university students from educational systems outside the European Higher Education Area can study these master's degrees, without the need to validate their studies and with prior verification of their degree by the University of Salamanca.

After admission to the requested degree, the student will complete their enrolment in the period from 2 to 31 October 2024, starting that very month with the studies corresponding to their master's degree.

If you would like to learn more about other details or if you have any doubts or questions regarding the pre-enrolment process, you can contact us at formacionbisite@usal.es.
