BISITE has attended the VI International University and Disability Congress "Digital transformation for inclusive education", organized by ONCE Foundation and the Social Affairs Service of the University of Salamanca, where it has presented several projects related to rehabilitation technologies.

Last week we welcomed Kazys Vogulys, CEO of Protects Group CERN & SINER in more than 8 countries, to the BISITE Research Group laboratories. Vogulys is also Chairman of the annual conference committee and board member of the International Council for Educational Media (ICEM), which will be held next year in Salamanca, under the coordination of the BISITE group.
The BISITE Research Group of the University of Salamanca continues adding talent to its team so that it can efficiently develop new project. This time, Tomás Ambabi Turrión, currently finishing his studies in Computer Engineering, is joining the team as a research intern to participate in artificial intelligence projects in a team of full stack developers.
On May 2 the BOE published in the Official Spanish Gazette published a resolution appointing our colleague Alfonso González Briones as Associate Professor at the University of Salamanca, in the area of knowledge of "Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence".
Last week we held an internal conference to present the projects of the BISITE Research Group, an activity that we organise every year with the aim of presenting the projects that we are developing to our colleagues. In this way, we can all come up with ideas for new solutions or find synergies between the different teams and developments that we are currently working on.

The conference was held on 3 November at the Palacio de Congresos and was attended by more than 40 experts, entrepreneurs, institutions and companies. The aim of this event was to discuss the opportunities that Salamanca currently offers in terms of business, innovation and research, with the aim of providing those present with ideas and experiences for the appropriate development of the province.
Researchers Pablo Chamoso and Alfonso González Briones, from the BISITE Research Group, have recently made a stay at the University of Buenos Aires, an institution that has celebrated its 200th anniversary last year and is recognised as number 69 in the world according to the QS World University Ranking.
