The third module of our Master in Digital Animation begins this weekend. It will be taught by José María Tejeda Martin the Supervising Technical Director at B-Water Studios.
The students learn about 3D animation, animation projects and the main roles of a technical director.
A technical director is an expert in audio-visual postproduction and video game design, halfway between a computer scientist and an artist.
A technical director manages his/her department, helping the artists with the design, VFX and animation programs. For this reason, the director has to have an in-depth understanding of the software and its complexity. José María Tejeda delivers the Master's Degree in Digital Animation, he has worked as technical director and digital animator in cinema, advertising, series and video games.
This is a tremendous opportunity to learn more about this profession from someone who knows about its peculiarities all too well.
