The representatives of the BISITE group visited the impressive facilities of the Sonae Arauco company in Valladolid, where they analysed their industrial processes and continued with the design of the project platform.

Sistem, Sonae Arauco, GTIA and BISITE form the consortium that will develop this project, with the file number RTC-2017-6401-7 of the call for COLLABORATION CHALLENGES 2017.

The project consists in the development of a software reference architecture for the connected industry, making it possible to: provide new capacities, optimize processes, perform predictive maintenance, ensure security, integrate all the relevant information generated by the existing systems, incorporating new sources of information resulting from the digital society, ensuring future compatibility with new sources of information, solutions and IoT devices.

The platform will integrate new AI algorithms and information fusion models, which will allow to process large volumes of data, extract relevant information (Smart Data) from both industrial resources and external sources (ERP, CMMS, databases, workers, suppliers and customers, SCADA, Internet of Things, social networks... etc.). It will incorporate a learning model based on the precision of the proposed answers (DRL) and the deployment of new services, aligned with the industry 4.0. model.
