Ubaid holds a degree in Electronic and Electrical Systems Engineering with academic excellence. He is also a PhD student at the University of Salamanca and has published more than 20 research papers.

Developed by the University of Salamanca, CIALE, Nutricontrol, Agrienvironment, and BISITE, FERTWINS focuses on crop fertigation through explainable AI and digital twins.

Following the success of previous editions, the INCIBE and BISITE cybersecurity programme is launching a new round of free online training. These sessions cover key topics such as secure remote working, data protection in the workplace, and cybersecurity awareness.

This microcredential provides an introduction to the field of AI through three study modules, covering everything from its basic principles to programming in Python for subsequent application in sectors such as business, economics, science, and healthcare.

The event will be held in June in Norway, bringing together experts from around the world to discuss topics such as AI, robotics, and sustainable cities.

The awareness sessions combined theoretical and practical training and were held on the 17th and 18th of December at IES Venancio Blanco and Colegio Salesiano San José. These events garnered significant interest from dozens of higher education students.

The International Chair in Blockchain for Cybersecurity, 'CyberChain', played a key role in coordinating the joint cybersecurity event between the University of Salamanca and the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport (AASTMT). The event was held on 19th and 20th December 2024 at the Colegio Arzobispo Fonseca in Salamanca, bringing together numerous experts in areas such as cybersecurity and artificial intelligence.

The company 3D Research S.r.l continues to foster professional and academic exchange with the BISITE Research Group from the University of Salamanca through a collaboration agreement derived from the TECTONIC project, funded by the European Union under the Horizon 2020 programme.

The Technology Fair at the University of Salamanca (USAL), now in its second edition, has brought together students, businesses, and researchers in a space designed to foster collaboration and create new professional opportunities.
