System Primary Care at home

This project consists of an intelligent and distributed system that allows us to improve the quality of life of people who require some kind of assistance by monitoring his/her vital signs. A relevant information requirement is the patient to be, in a simple and low cost way, accessible from any geographic point for the final user.

  • One of the novelties of this project is that it allows monitoring the patient constantly by using a smartphone, providing connectivity to the Internet in a simple way.
  • Data will be sent in real time by using low latency protocols.
  • The control center where information is processed will be able to simultaneously process the information of hundreds of users.
  • The system ease of use and setting up are vitally important both for the user and medical institutions, which will evaluate the final system.
