VisualCGH

VisualCGH is a tool oriented to analyze and visualize segmented aCGHs from different platforms. The tool allows load data from csv files that follow the structure marked by programs such as Nimblegen. The main objective of the tool is to facilitate the visual analysis through the application of several visualizations and interaction models by the users. VisualCGH provides several views, an accumulated view to facilitate the selection of the minimum regions and a loss and gain view by patient to analyze variations by categories or a patient level. Besides, the system provides functionalities to create and visualizate clusters. The system also provides functionality to select autumnally segments, generate reports, and shows information as CNVs or annotations.

The system is an initiative of the BISITE research group of the University of Salamanca, the IBMCC Research Center of Salamanca-CSIC and the Hematology Service of the University Hospital.
