EKG Mobile

  • Information
  • Gallery

EKGMobile is a monitoring system for smartphones intended to replace the more expensive Holter monitor by using a low-cost device which obtains the measurements and sends them directly to your mobile phone. You can then view the results and send them to your doctor. So now with EKGMobile anyone can have their own Holter monitor at home.

The system consists of the following parts:

  • Electrodes properly attached to the patient.
  • Electronic board.
  • Router.
  • Smartphone.

The software system, developed in Android, has an initial menu where you can find the system options. The device takes several seconds to complete the reading of the electrocardiogram and, after the measurement, the graph appears on the screen. You can interact with the graph, display or send all the information. If the results have been sent, the doctor can receive an email with the values obtained and interact with them.

The EKGMobile system provides an admin tool that allows the doctor to monitor the results received from a patient’s electrocardiograms.

It is a website tool which can be downloaded to the doctor’s computer, avoiding the need for Internet connection.
