Case-Based Reasoning Research and Development

The 7th International Conference on Case-Based Reasoning was held in Belfast, Northern Ireland, UK, in August 2007. The conference attracted some of the field’s leading minds who came to present their findings and discuss the latest developments and applications in the field. This book constitutes the refereed proceedings of the conference. Fifteen full research papers and eighteen poster papers are presented along with three invited talks. All the contributions were carefully reviewed by the editors to ensure that each one meets the highest standards of research and scholarship. The papers address all aspects of case-based reasoning, featuring original theoretical research, applied research, and applications with practical, social, environmental, and economic significance.
