Luis Gomes has defended his PhD thesis entitled “Microgrid Intelligent management systems based on a multi-agent approach and the active participation of end-users" and supervised by Sara Rodríguez González and Juan M. Corchado, professors from the BISITE Research Group.

BISITE’s research projects in the area of smart cities and smart grids are undergoing full development and the research presented by Luis and all the theory it contains will be applied and evaluated in real projects.

The collaboration between the GECAD Unit from IPP and BISITE is very fruitful as countless European projects are underway.
