The Datalog_all-one project has been carried out by the BISITE research group as part of the University-Business Challenge, a competition promoted by the Junta de Castilla y León through the University-Business Knowledge Transfer Plan (TCUE Plan).
Yesterday, January 12, 2021, the COSIBAS - ITEA Review Year 2 took place online. Cognitive services for IoT-based scenarios (COSIBAS) is a CDTI project, with the ITEA 3 label, which strives towards achieving the next milestone in IoT-based applications and solutions, with the integration of semantic and cognitive artificial intelligence technologies.
Last Friday, the 3rd Workshop on Disruptive Information and Communication Technologies for Innovation and Digital Transformation took place, organized by the BISITE Research Group within the framework of the DISRUPTIVE project. The event, which was held online, brought together project partners and international experts to discuss the challenges and opportunities that disruptive technologies offer to our society.
There are high growth expectations regarding 3D printing and it is considered to be the key driver of change in the current manufacturing models. Its application areas are diverse, among others, healthcare, construction, education and industrial sectors. 3D printing offers the possibility of designing and creating unique items on demand, with flexibility, rapid prototyping, and at a reduced cost; these are just a few of the many advantages of 3D printing, and they will make it a technology of great importance in the coming years.
The digital transformation is already evident in many sectors, in the world of finance as well. The incorporation of technology in finance, also known as Fintech, is based on the optimisation of resources by applying strategies to offer innovative products and services, adapted to the needs of today's clients.
