From 13th-16th September, the University of Salamanca will host the 5th edition of CEDI (Spanish Conference of Computer Science) (http://www.congresocedi.es), the most important computer conference in Spain. The Conference, which expects more than 1000 participants, brings together the best researchers, teachers and professionals whose common interest is the world of computer science.
The International Conference on Intelligent Systems (ISTA’16) will be held in The LNM Institute of Information Technology aipur, India from 21 - 24, September 2016. The Symposium, which aims to explore and contrast some aspects of Intelligent Systems and their applications by submitting new researchs, will publish all accepted papers as volume of series Advances in Intelligent Systems and Computing Series published by Springer.
From 1-3 June, the University of Seville will host the XIV edition of the international PAAMS conference focused on Artificial Intelligence, as well as the following associated events

The BISITE research group and the Osake Institute of Technology collaborate in several studies
The partnership between Osaka Institute of Technology (OIT) and the University of Salamanca (USAL) is starting to produce results. The collaboration between the Osaka Institute of Technology and the University of Salamanca begans in May 2013, allowing the BISITE group to establish a close collaboration with the Japanese technology institute. During this period many researchers from both institutions have exchanged knowledge, technology, results and experiences. This summer we have had the pleasure of having Professor Wataru among us. He belongs to the Technological Institute in Osaka, Japan. This research stay has taken place within the context of the existing collaboration agreement between this japanese institution and the University of Salamanca.

The SCRIN Summit took place on October 29-30 at the R&D Multipurpose Building at the University of Salamanca, with attendees from various countries participating both in person and online.
