This program aims to observe and display the animal species living in Salamanca and their evolution during the implementation of LIFE Vía de la Plata. This will make it possible to learn about the current tate of the fauna and prevent the presence of invasive species. More than 300 nests and shelters will also be installed to promote biodiversity and the existence of species beneficial to the health of citizens.

Thanks to the participation of CIPFP Lorenzo Milani a large number of local professionals, teachers, educators and students from different stages of education will gain practical and theoretical experience about the conservation of the town' s ecosystems. In addition to all this, part of the program is devoted to the education of citizens, in which different theoretical and practical training workshops will be held until the end of 2023.

These activities are planned with the aim of increasing awareness of the fauna species living in the town, promoting their conservation to foster the green heritage of Salamanca and the creation of birdwatching routes for tourists. All these initiatives are part of the objectives proposed in the LIFE Vía de la Plata project in which we participate.
