The BISITE Research Group, from the University of Salamanca, is interested in hiring a Higher Degree Graduate in Computer Science. A higher degree or Vocational Training graduate in electronics, electricity, automation, or specializations related to electronics and computer science, would also eligible.

We are looking for people who are passionate about new technologies and who would like to evolve as part of a multidisciplinary research team dedicated to IoT, Artificial Intelligence, intelligent spaces and continuous growth through new technologies. The tasks associated with this position are:

• Knowledge and skills in JSON, jQuery, PHP, SQL, JavaScript and NodeJS
• Android and iOS. Mobile Application Development and/or SDK/Library Development
• Interest in R&D and continuous training in new technologies  

Other valuable, but not obligatory skills:

- Knowledge of Arduino, Raspberry and/or Python

- Client side web programming: HTML5, JavaScript/jQuery, XML and CSS

- Web Services Development (PHP JSON-based RESTful APIs)

- Knowledge of databases (SQL)

- Knowledge of NFC technology, Wifi, Bluetooth

- Knowledge of technologies such as Boostrap or Laravel

- Security and Networking Skills on Mobile Devices

Skills: Analytical thinking. Achievement-oriented. Proactive and dynamic. Attention to detail. Creative, original and good communication skills. Ability to manage large amounts of information.

Contract: A full-time contract will be made for 6 months, extendable to 1 year and a half
