BISITE has attended the VI International University and Disability Congress "Digital transformation for inclusive education", organized by ONCE Foundation and the Social Affairs Service of the University of Salamanca, where it has presented several projects related to rehabilitation technologies.
The program coordinated by INCIBE and BISITE carries out next Wednesday October 25 from 14:00 to 19:00 an online Capture the Flag (CTF) competition for employees or self-employed in individual format. Registration is free through this link.
Last week we welcomed Kazys Vogulys, CEO of Protects Group CERN & SINER in more than 8 countries, to the BISITE Research Group laboratories. Vogulys is also Chairman of the annual conference committee and board member of the International Council for Educational Media (ICEM), which will be held next year in Salamanca, under the coordination of the BISITE group.
The BISITE Research Group of the University of Salamanca continues adding talent to its team so that it can efficiently develop new project. This time, Tomás Ambabi Turrión, currently finishing his studies in Computer Engineering, is joining the team as a research intern to participate in artificial intelligence projects in a team of full stack developers.
Agriculture and livestock farming are key sectors for reducing greenhouse gas emissions. The European Union promotes the development of diverse initiatives such as "Nature-Based Business Model and Emerging Innovations to enhance Carbon Farming Initiatives (CFIs) while preserving Biodiversity, Water Security and Soil Health", an outstanding project with a budget of almost 10 million euros that will be financed through the new instrument 'i3', or Interregional Innovation Investments, which aims to promote innovation through smart specialisation and collaboration between EU regions.
