New technologies are penetrating many sectors at a global scale. The worlds of business, health and education have taken a radical turn and are continuing to progress in this direction with the incorporation of robots, artificial intelligence, Blockchain, IoT, Big data and much more.

According to estimates the estimates of IDC Research Spain, this year investment in digital transformation by companies will reach 1.18 billion. This demonstrates the high level of interest in new technologies both in the business world and in other sectors.

The digitization of processes brings endless benefits, however, to be able to extract those benefits we need qualified professionals, capable of analysing the obtained data and develop opportunities for improvement according to the objectives of the company. 

In Spain, more than 350,000 vacancies are not covered due to a lack of digital training and almost 90% of European companies predict a radical technological change that will affect employment. Currently professionals working in this area are in high demand.

Who is it aimed at?

Digital transformation fits into many areas, at present any sector can incorporate technology for the optimization of its activities.

 

As a result, the University of Salamanca and the BISITE Research Group designed a specialization course which aims to respond to this growing need. Our Master in Digital Transformation aims to provide a global training in a single degree that will allow its graduates to work in the digital ecosystem, the impact of digitization on the client and especially on workers, the main technologies and opportunities for innovation.
