The SPECTRA project, a National R&D consortium formed by 8 companies and supported by another 10 research organizations including the BISITE research group of the University of Salamanca, is part of the "Cien 2015" funded by the Centre for Technology and Industry development (CDTI).


The BISITE group continues to be a benchmark for collaboration between universities. This time the Pontifical University of São Paulo and the University of Salamanca are working together to achieve a substantial improvement in the learning process.

From 13th-16th September, the University of Salamanca will host the 5th edition of CEDI (Spanish Conference of Computer Science) (http://www.congresocedi.es), the most important computer conference in Spain. The Conference, which expects more than 1000 participants, brings together the best researchers, teachers and professionals whose common interest is the world of computer science.

The International Conference on Intelligent Systems (ISTA’16) will be held in The LNM Institute of Information Technology aipur, India from 21 - 24, September 2016. The Symposium, which aims to explore and contrast some aspects of Intelligent Systems and their applications by submitting new researchs, will publish all accepted papers as volume of series Advances in Intelligent Systems and Computing Series published by Springer.

From 1-3 June, the University of Seville will host the XIV edition of the international PAAMS conference focused on Artificial Intelligence, as well as the following associated events
